eGoodGov is a collaborative initiative led by Davao del Sur State College and the Municipality of Sulop, dedicated to transforming local governance through digital innovation, ICT education, and capacity building. Our mission is to empower LGU personnel and community leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver efficient, inclusive, and technology-driven public services.

Our team

The Sulop Research and Development Team leads in promoting digitalization for a Smart Local Government Unit (LGU). By leveraging data-driven research, technology, and cross-sector collaboration, the team supports the design and implementation of innovative, citizen-centered solutions that enhance governance, service delivery, and sustainable development in Sulop.
